Refunds and Returns
It is our goal to provide you with quality branded apparel that will have you embrace the thrive life with confidence.

Promises You Keep will accept, for refund, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages made by the customer. For a full refund, the item must be returned within 14 days from the receipt of the original order.
Apparel must be returned with all original tags as well as packaging such as clothing bags. Literature material must be returned unmarked and must show no signs of usage which include but are not limited to spills, stains, and/or bended/torn pages and covers.

Due to COVID-19, Promises You Keep will not accept returns nor exchanges for stationary products such as tumblers. All other stationary items such as pens, are subject for return or exchange following the above standard guidelines.
