Visualize what's possible.

Updated: Apr 4, 2023

Visualization and gratitude often go hand in hand. When You allow yourself space to close your eyes and see the gifts you want for yourself, you are setting the stage for you to receive them. Taking the time out each day to breathe in the good of the present and focus on the magical future you want for yourself will help you realize what is possible. Focus on those things you want in your life while being grateful for those things that you already have, and watch how things slowly start to unfold. When I was lying in my hospital bed after the brain

surgeries, I wanted so much to be thankful for my brain and my life as it is; I wanted to accept every moment and myself as I am. I would visualize myself enjoying life, living with my circumstance, and imagining others accepting me for who I am. As I did this, I saw the possibilities that lay before me, and instead of being afraid of what might happen, I began to see what was possible and create the vibrational energy I wanted for myself.

As you close your eyes and see what you want in your life instead of what you don't want, you are creating space for the dream to materialize and become the reality you have been waiting for.

When I first did this, seeing my future as I wanted was difficult. I closed my eyes, but all I could see was my past and those negative things that happened. I vaguely painted the picture of how I saw my life, but I knew in my heart that I wanted it, and the more you want something, the more you try, so I kept trying. Each morning got easier, and the visualizations became clearer.

Allow yourself permission to visualize the life you want for yourself every day, even when life seems dark; open yourself up to the gifts in front of you, those you have and those you don't, and let the light come through.

Ask yourself the tough questions, focus on what you want, make the promise to yourself , and move forward.

Keep on Keeping on,

Danny
